We had a busy month with guests bringing their festive items to temp us. Mamas & Papas wowed everyone with their beautiful range of nursery items, toys, gift baskets and an amazing pushchair.
They kindly gave each mum a 100dhs gift voucher (for purchases over 500dhs) and a store visit is planned for Sunday 14th December.

The last meeting of the year will be on 10th December and we will be back on 7th January.

To celebrate the cooler weather, we will meet on the grass at the Leisure Deck 10am - 11am and return to Bistro Madeleine for our mid morning coffee and croissants...unless they can serve us al fresco?!

The InterContinental Dubai Festival City welcomes the Little Bundles members to Bistro Madeleine where mothers can enjoy a chat while the babies have a safe play area with toys. There will be regular guest visitors and demos on a range of topics. The cost is 35 dhs for a delicious set of the following choices:

Coffee, tea or hot chocolate

We will have guests every other week who will be a range of experts to offer advice for free. Just come along for a chat and coffee and let the babies play.
Looking ahead to November, we will have some treats and of course Christmas ideas in good time for you to plan ahead for the festive season.

Tuesday December 11th, Rachel Waddilove will be visiting from UK and coming to meet us at our playdate morning at the Al Areesh Club. She is a maternity nurse with over 30yrs' experience and is author of the hugely successful ' The Baby Book' and the forthcoming 'The Toddler Book'. And yes we will have some copies available!

"An expert on baby care, Rachel has given numerous interviews across the media and has spoken at conferences about a number of baby-related issues, including depression post-pregnancy, integrating the baby into the family, the emotional and physical needs of new parents, why routine is so important and how sleeping through the night CAN be achieved for all children!"

Format: Catching up trying somewhere new.

I usually park in the Ikea end and walk along the Link into the Waterfront Centre. To get to the ground floor, there is a lift on either side of the Festival Square (open area with the fountain and water feature at the end of the building where you can see the creek). Second Cup is close to Chilis and Charles and Keith shop by the escalators.
They give Air Miles.
